Our $0 Upfront ACT 4 in 1 Package includes a Building Report, Pest Report, Compliance Report and an Energy Efficiency Report (EER). All of the reports you need to sell your home in the ACT. Your reports will be sent the very next day of the building inspection to your solicitor, your real estate agent, and yourself, provided that your building file has been received from Access Canberra.
$0 Upfront ACT 4 in 1 Package Terms & Conditions
By choosing the $0 Upfront ACT 4 in 1 Package you give permission for ACTNOW Rapid Reports to instruct your solicitor to include our fee of $1550 as a disbursement, paid to us at settlement. This agreement is valid for 180 days. If your property does not sell within 180 days, is removed from the market within this time, or is not marketed within 3 months of the inspection date, payment is required immediately.

The report is a snapshot of the condition of the property on the day of inspection only. A Pre Settlement Inspection Report is not a warranty or an insurance policy against problems developing with the building in the future.
